33wbm Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

1 General Terms

33wbm (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") provides an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Platform and its members.

• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.

3 Deposit Rules & Methods

33wbm supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. Deposits are fully secure and are typically processed instantly.

• Minimum Deposit Amount: BDT 100
• Maximum Single Deposit: BDT 50,000
• Accepted methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• If a deposit is not confirmed, please contact support with your transaction ID.

33wbm does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment service provider may apply their own service charges.

4 Withdrawal Rules & Process

Withdrawals on 33wbm are fully transparent and secure. Processing is generally completed within 1 to 6 hours, though verification procedures may extend this timeframe.

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: BDT 300
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: BDT 2,00,000
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is incomplete.
• Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

5 Bonus & Promo Terms

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable once.
• Wagering Requirement: Typically, a wager of 20x to 30x the bonus amount is required.

6 Gaming Rules

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the last valid result will be taken as final.
